You can find these cheaper through various other retailers online(we found my girlfriend's on ebay for $40 brand new), but stock of sizes and colors vary. However they do make this shoe in Women's, Men's and Kid's, so hopefully between the three, people can find the size they need.

I would also like to note that they offer two colors of red - a regular and darker red. We got the regular red and they seem light in person, but photograph darker. Coupled with the fact that Phoebe's shoes are a bit dirty, I'm going to say her's are likely the standard red as well. The darker red would likey be too dark once you factor in lighting and weathering.
