Paul Rudoff did a great rundown of the "soundtrack" of the movie and what songs were listed in the end credits. And as Paul comments, it kinda makes senses when you look at the list, why they didn't release a soundtrack album for sale. https://www.theraffon.net/spookcentral/ ... song-links
Also, if you recall when you heard some these sounds that Paul hasn't yet, feel free to chime in here.

"Wait a Minute Girl" • HEARD IN FILM: I think it plays when the camera zooms in on the Spinners sign and before we see Trevor in the freezer
"Can You Get To That" • HEARD IN FILM: As the crew from Spinners enters the mining property in trucks and ascends the hill to the mine elevator
"Boredom" • HEARD IN FILM: When Trevor gets the car working and drifts in the wheat field
If anyone wants, I have a Spotify playlist of just the soundtrack music minus diegetic songs like "On the Road Again" and anything heard on the VHS tapes Grooberson played.
I'm also trying to build a Spotify playlist that combines the soundtrack and film score in the order in which they're used in the film, but I don't know that I've got it down right yet (was "Foolish Try" diegetic music?).

I actually didn't dig the soundtrack itself much. It didn't feel reflective of the films time in history as the first and second films soundtracks do. The score was awesome but I found the soundtrack kind of meh

I don't think it was meant to. Much like Spinners, I think the music was supposed to reflect how Summerville is kinda the town that time (and the rest of the country) kinda forgot.

This is really off topic. But for me the definitive unofficial sountracks of GBTVG and Afterlife are:
From the song developed for GBTVG and cancelled by Sony last minute:
From the GB3 Max Landis script (coincidentally very similar to the movie we got although it was written earlier)

Maybe, I get that its a small town (I live 3 hours from the location so that's how a lot of our smaller towns here in AB are but...I still didn't favor the soundtrack much. Score yes 110%.
I think that might be something the trailer crew added like in those DIY videos, Simonsen said that music wasn't from his score. Could have been repurposed from the ATC score.

Hmmm the ATC score sounds different though. Very weird. Damn, that sucks, was wanting a new version lol.
Was released officialy by Ghostbusters Oficial youtube channel, although I can't find it now :S:
EDIT: I think I found it, but I swar to God They released a video with the song and the Ecto-1 image crossing the bridge thru the GB channel... maybe I'm wrong...
Yeah, its not: Here is the Theme!, but they are smart enough to have a halloween reciepe video with the full soundtrack lenght, right after the trailer came out. They could have used anything else, or talk on top, yet they let the song just play. And its ocmming form an oficial GB channel video...
