This is going to take a while, but I am embarking on a fun journey to convert an Anovos Spengler Legacy pack to a GB1 Venkman hero.

This will be a labor of love and I have a huge number of decisions to make about the direction of the build.

But first, here is my canvas: a stripped super hero shell.



Paint removal was a TEDIOUS process involving multiple passes using Dumond Smart Strip and Smart Strip PRO. I was able to remove much of the paint after 12 hours of sitting and using a toothbrush and hot water.

Jeez, that sounds like a labour of Hercules... But with that level of devotion I have no doubt this is going to be a pretty special Pack once it's finished, GG.

The biggest question is whether to go full metal or take advantage of some of the wonderful lineage parts that came with it.

Who would have ever thought the day would come when you could build a pack from an actual screen used hero pack. I probably wouldn't have believed it 10 years ago. Very amazing man, look forward to your progress and see the finished product! That must be a honor having that in your possession....be proud man!
