Wondering if anybody else has had this problem, and if so, how you fixed it:

When I wear my pack and I'm walking around, the pack seems to "bounce" off of the ALICE frame. If I were running or jogging with the pack on, it would be really uncomfortable. I was thinking of adding some rubber stoppers or something between the sides of the frame and the motherboard to keep them always touching and prevent them from bouncing off of each other, but I'm sure there's a more screen accurate way to do this.

Anybody have this problem with their pack?

Is it a true ALICE frame, military surplus? Or is it a mil-spec variety that can be purchased at places like Amazon, etc.? My first ALICE frame was the cheap mil-spec variety that had a very thin vertical cross bar and after one day at LA ComicCon, the cross bar snapped! I was hearing a weird clicking while walking and saw it broken. The military surplus ones should have cross bars that are thick and hard to flex with minimal effort. Mil-spec can be bent like paper.
