I don't know how many people on here have subscribed to the Eagle Moss Ecto 1 build, but I am starting my research right now.

My plan is to build a stand alone display base for the car of the interior of the firehouse. Just the left inner wall with the wood lockers and the brick floor.

Problem is though Ive been browsing for the last few hours without finding many plans. I wanted to ask on here if anyone here know of plans and or dimensions of this area of the firehouse as well as drawings or dimensions of what was placed on the left wall.

I found some plans but I think they are based off the layout of the station in New York using the movies for reference. I am more or less trying to find the specifics of Station 23 that was actually used for interior shots.

If anyone can help I will greatly appreciate it.

A very, very, VERY basic set of heavily modified floor and cross-section elevation plans cropped up no further than five years back when LA23's "caretaker" posted a PowerPoint presentation of his plans to convert the firehouse into a community centre. While they were good at giving a general layout of the rooms, they didn't contain any measurements to speak of, which would've been on individual drawings covering each individual floor. It's also worth noting that the Los Angeles firehouse is roughly twice the length of the New York one, as LA had to accomodate two engines, one behind the other, whilst New York used to have them side by side when Hook & Ladder 8 was double its existing width.

For scaling, the only thing I can suggest is if you research Dan and Bill's respective heights, you can then use that to scale up the wooden lockers, and the green/white tilework behind them.

Thanks I will try to find those posts.

I am not too concerned with the length differences as I would only be building one small section of wall for the back of the display. I could condense it a bit if need be to reflect the interior dimensions of station 8 in NY.

I found some online but they didn't seem too correct to me.

Both of them are on pinterest so I cant embed the photo on here but this is the first one I found.

Second one I found was this one.

Jeffrey Shreck got a hold of 1st floor plans Lorin Fleming, Jefferson Sage, and that crew did for the Firehouse in the 2016 movie but not totally sure if they had and based it off the plans from the original movie's Firehouse set(s).

Thanks for the reply, that helps out greatly. I will continue searching but knowing the dimensions of at least the wooden lockers themselves will allow me to estimate dimensions from photos to get an idea.

I still have to mock up everything and see how big the eaglemoss kit is going to be to see exactly how my display is going to be setup.

Final step after that might very well be me investing in a 3D printer so I can print items that I cant scratch build easily. I was thinking maybe seeing if I can dig the models out of the video game and 3D print them out in 1/8 scale for my display as well.

Lots of plans and work but this kit is going to be 3 years long to build without bulking up on orders.
