So I am currently ripping my Time Life DVDs to Plex with makemkv and I am not sure how to label Season 5. The order on the discs are out of broadcast order so renaming them isn't an issue....till the two part episodes when one is S5E1 and the next is S5E3 both in the same mkv file. Has anyone else found a work around other then splitting the episodes in Handbrake?

Doing a follow up in case anyone ever does a search for the same issue. I ended up using Avideumx to cut the episodes with A/B and just used Copy for both audio and video. This way everything is still lossless.
