Is this what you are talking about? If so, it's a contrast injector used for medical imaging. The controls allow for setting different flow rates, total volume, and PSI for a given injection. Although hard to see in movie, the red lever may actually be the retractable 'fire' button used to inject the contrast. The movie one is missing the arm that holds the piston and sleeve the single use syringe goes into. The second picture is the whole unit. I work in the Cath Lab and we use these all the time. One of our old back up units is a model newer and doesn't look much different.ImageImage
