put some pics up! I plan on taking some updated pics of my entire collection (once I buy myself a new camera for my birthday) and uploading them before I start selling some of my stuff, which will probably include my Palisades Army of Darkness figures collection ( since we're on the topic of Evil Dead / AOD )

would love to see what you did with the Palisades figures (and the castle)
- July 26th, 2010, 2:04 pm#249075
Dug out the Castle. Surpirsed to see the figures still standing on top. I plan to give it the whole "stone" look someday.
Customised "Armored" Ash fighting 'ol Evil Ash.
Hero Ash on his trusty steed, "Hamburger".
Deadite Captain on his "Death Horse".
Same thing only different.
'Mr. Fancypants" knocking heads
That's it for the Palisades figures.

Great stuff, your customizing skills are sick!
Talk about telekinetic activity, look at this mess!

those are awesome! I thought I had an almost complete Palisades collection but I dont have Henry the red or Evil Ash - the armored Ash is awesome! and the castle and horses are perfect scale, you really should customize that castle!

All you need is some clothesline, a pop rivet gun and a few metal rods to shove up their butts. That'l keep 'em in line.

Capt, I would love to see you take on that Ecto-1A. I've got one that's about in the same condition as your's is, but I'll bet you could make it look absolutely sick.

Prolly could, but not right away. Maybe a project for a snowy day.

I got 2 new (to me) items off eBay. First is EGB Sam Hain who is a slight dissapointment. His body seems kinda short and his cape falls apart if you pick him up. He's a good candidate for a makeover.
I know he's an ancient, but his dentures don't fit right. And what's up with the girly eye lashes?Still, the head sculpt is pretty cool.
Next is a Slimer candy pack, complete with moldy candy.
For a blow mold type of container, the sculpt is pretty awsome and should paint up even better.
Are there any other small Slimers out there that I don't have in my collection?

Capt - I've been watching those Sam Hain figure auctions and missed one because I forgot what time it ended. Glad to see it land in good hands though!

excellent repaint! I'd ask you why you havent done it to your 2 ecto hotwheels, but I know you've got quite a bit on your plate right now

The tiny Ectos will involve a lot of Blue Tape and I have to make the mini back door and licence plate decals. That's a winter project.
