I know that delivery can take up to six weeks internationally, but my package has been blocked in San Francisco distribution center for 3 weeks. Does this seem normal to you? I read some very bad reviews about this center, they lost packages...Here is my tracking number :

Unfortunately it may be a case of you having to give the distribution center a call. It would not be too surprising that given the current pandemic, they may currently have a substantial backlog of deliveries which has led to the delay.
