The Magnoli patch is the uppermost patch in the 6th image.
It has a really nice off white felt base but it's slightly oversized and lacks the accurate stitch pattern on the red prohibited symbol that Todd's patches feature.
Although I believe Magnoli has made his patches the correct size since these were produced.

The other patch is a Todd Cook designs V2
