[Doodakoff]

Hello,

I have recently purchased the Spengler Wand and have only had the item for 2 months on display. I brought it via eBay from a reliable dealer.

I went to turn it on yesterday and the switches did not work properly - the left switch and dial turn off the wand instead of firing it up or increasing the power. I have changed the batteries but this has not fixed the issue. The sound occasionally freezes and can only be turned off by taking the batteries out.

I would be extremely thankful if anybody could provide some insight or advise in fixing this. I am gutted the wand appears to be broke and I am praying I am just being silly and missing something.
