Spirit Slimer Sealer (SSS)

I have a large foam rubber Ghostbusters Slimer prop I bought from Spirit Halloween. I want to put a coat of glow in the dark spray paint on it but I'm afraid it might eat away at it. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a sealer for it, would Mod Podge work?
