Well I just scrubbed through hundreds of episodes, so I'm trying my luck here. I'm sure one of you Eagle-eyed GB Fan knows where this is from.

I know it's not a whole lot to go with - no characters, no ghots, no distinct background... Just a top-view of the Ecto-1 on slightly cracked asphalt.

One thing to note - I think the Ecto-1 is static (not in movement) as it has more shading than most of the 'moving' Ecto-1 frames I've seen. Also notice the slight smoke/vapor at the back.
