Ghostbusters: Oxfordshire <BR />File 004: The Cult (part 4) <BR /> <BR />Olly had spent the rest of that day working on the slime they had collected, his readings showed it was from a class, V or higher, he could not quite determine it. It was now three days later, a friday and they had had a few calls in that space of time, one was a false alarm but they managed to snag 5 ghosts not including the ones from before they where official, so a grand total of 8. <BR /> <BR />The Ecto-OX1 was now fully equipped, it had a satalite on its roof that acted as a PKE scanner of sorts, it had all lights on top working, two arials, some other things and the classic Ecto siren. <BR /> <BR />Olly had invested in constructing another mark one proton pack and was thinking about working on some others, to give them a varied choice for different types of spook, spectre or ghost. <BR /> <BR />It was 4:00 am and every one was asleep, they had returned from their last bust at 11:30 PM and Katie could not be bothered to return to her place so she took one of the six beds, Jay and Olly lived there now so it was a normal night for them. <BR />Janice had gone home at 10:00 PM so any calls where on an answer phone, there had been none, suddenly the phone rang, waking Olly, the other two must of been heavier sleepers, as he ran to the phone he noticed all of the PKE meters in the office where going off, something big was happening, "Ghostbusters Oxfordshire", he said picking up the phone. <BR /> <BR />Yes hello, please come quick, theres this thing, some big dog, its chasing me, i called you guys 'cos of its eyes, they glowed red its huge and its a stoney gray. <BR /> <BR />"Where are you now.....okay, your name is?, we'll be right there" Olly slamed the phone down and quickly grabbed a PKE while hitting the alarm, "Guys call, its something big!" he shouted running to get geared up. <BR /> <BR />The other two scrambeled from their beds and charged to the garage opening their lockers and placing on their uiforms, Jay found it easy as he had fallen asleep while wearing his uniform. Jay and Olly's uniforms where black, with black gloves and boots, no elbow or knee pads though, Katies on the other hand was traditional Khaki, with elbow and knee pads, black gloves and boots. <BR />They all climbed into the Ecto-OX1 and Olly told them where to go, "Edmunds park, theres some guy in there running from some sort of demon dog, the description he gave me reminded me of something but i cant think what.....uh-oh, we are in some deep trouble". <BR /> <BR />"What?", Katie said form the back <BR /> <BR />"Well Katie, you remember the original ghostbusters biggest case, the one with that god". <BR /> <BR />"Vigo?" she said. <BR /> <BR />"No Vigo wasn't a god, jsut the ghost of a madman". <BR /> <BR />"umm... Gozer!" She said triumphuntly. <BR /> <BR />"Thats the one, well the dog things she/he had, i think they are calld terror dogs, sounds like we are dealing with one". He said, in a scared tone. <BR /> <BR />"No way, mabye we should call for back up or something, i mean there are other Ghostbusters in the UK". <BR /> <BR />"Whats going on?" Jay said, confused. <BR /> <BR />"Lets just say this is way out of our league, like with ummm" Olly trailed off tryin to think of something Jay loved, "imagine african money, its worthless here, well say normal ghosts are afican money, this thing is a ten pound note". <BR /> <BR />"Okay thats big, mabye shes right, didnt thouse aussy guys meet up with them today?". <BR /> <BR />They reached their destonation, "Yeh, but for now we are here and some one is in great danger, we need to do what we can". <BR /> <BR />They all climbed out of the vehicle and got the equipment together, the PKE's instantly began making alot of noise, they all stuck together, it was dark and they all had to carry flash lights, they followed the PKE trail, it lead them to the small wooded area of the park, suddenly a scream was heard, loud foots steps along with the sound of huge animal feet running towards them, "Howard?" Olly shouted. <BR /> <BR />"HELP ME! ITS COMING!" the man suddenly came into the light of the flash lights, he was running straight towards them. <BR /> <BR />"Full power!" Olly said as the loud thuds of the beasts running grew closer. <BR /> <BR />All of the proton packs hummed as they where switched on and placed on full power, "There!" Jay yelled as the beat came into view, it indeed looked like a Terror dog, the only difference was it had large curled horns that went back rather than to the side. <BR /> <BR />"NOW!" Olly cried and all three of them shot at the creture, the beams knocked it back and they indeed caught it in their beams, the beast cried out in pain and then changed back into its human form, then back to the beast, then back, it continued to do this. <BR /> <BR />"Wait" Katie said, its like Dana Venkman and Louis Tully, the terror dog is using them as a host!" <BR />The beast continued to cry out when suddenly a man in brown cloak and robes was thrown to the gorund, <BR />The terror dog itself was kept in the beams, growling and snarling, it suddenly seemed to be gaining power and it roared, with its roar came a powerful red wave that sent them all flying back as they fell the beast dissapeared into the night. <BR /> <BR />*** <BR /> <BR />It was the next morning Jay and Katie had gone back to bed, Olly had stayed up researching on the creature they had encountered, for his own safety Howard had stayed there too, The man who had been thrown from the creature was also with them, but he had stayed awake with Olly as his experience scared him, He had told Olly that he knew the beasts thoughts and its plans, He told him of the Cult, what they where about and who the beast was. Olly had spent alot of the night talking to Ghostbusters International HQ over the phone talking about the beast and its master, from what they could find out, the beasts master was a demon known as Khagor, from an ancient cult. A cult that was now rising again. <BR /> <BR />Katie awoke at 7:00 AM and made her way to the shower, she washed and then thought she should check on Olly. When she entered the room Olly was sat up working away on his computer, reading something, she then noticed the very shakey man sat next to him, he was in a black tunic and black trousers with black boots, his brown cloak was now on the back of his chair. <BR />"Morning" Katie said, "Olly you should not of stayed up all night, what if we get an early call". <BR /> <BR />Olly turned arround, under his eyes where two huge bags showng his tiredness. "We dont open unitill 9:30 i will go now and sleep for an hour and a half that will do for me, he printed something from his computer "Jay should be up soon, both of you need to read this, its info on that creature, well info on Gorgh, he is indeed a terror dog, but nothing to do with Gozer, he is from a demon known as Khagor, this guy was silly enough to join a cult that worshiped him". Olly then got up and went to bed, the man sat on the chair was sat wide eyed, he had got a few hours sleep but was worried the terror dog would try to take him over again. <BR /> <BR />"So.... Cults huh?....tell me everything" Katie grinned, taking up Olly's seat. <BR /> <BR />*** <BR /> <BR />Olly had used up his hour and a half of sleep, strangely that would be enough sleep for Olly, he found he never usually needed much sleep. Katie had still been interigating, (getting to know), the man form the cult when Janice arrived. <BR /> <BR />"What happend last night?" she said, noticing two new men sat arround the building. <BR /> <BR />"Well" Katie said, "This is Thomas Richards and the other guy, thats Howard, never got his last name". <BR /> <BR />"Smith" Howard answered. <BR /> <BR />"Howards here because he was hunted by a big terror dog, Thomas on the other hand was the big terror dog, well it used his body to come into this world. Put it this way Janice, these dog things aint good, now they are here, we are gunna be very very busy". <BR /> <BR />"So should i make a few calls to GBI HQ?". She didnt really get it but Janice tried any way. <BR /> <BR />"No need, Olly was up all night working on some stuff he got hold of Dr. Spengler and other GBI staff and did what he could in the night". <BR /> <BR />"Ouch where is he now?" <BR /> <BR />"Hes in b-" Katie was interupted. <BR /> <BR />"Im right here" Olly came from the stair way, "we need to get straight to work, a Terror dog is not a good thing as we have established and from what i have found out, its going to be alot like the original GB's fight with Gozer, except.... alot more Terror dogs". <BR /> <BR />"m-more?" Katie had read about Terror dogs from previous GBI case files, she was not happy about this. <BR /> <BR />"As many as there are in this little cult of Tom's here", Olly walked past them all and straight away began to suit up. "Where is Jay" he said, poking his head arround the corner. <BR /> <BR />"Im in here!" Shouted Jays voice from the lounge, "Olly i think you should look at this". <BR /> <BR />When Olly entered the room he saw Jay stood infront of the television screen, on the screen was the image of some ones bedroom, apparently a females as there was alot of pink, posters of boy bands, that sort of stuff, she could not be older than 18. <BR />Police can not identify what has taken the girl, Sally Hopkins dissapeared late last night, the only trace are what appear to be claw marks and a huge ammount of some sort of...slime, this is Jackie Holmes, on the Broadway, Didcot. <BR /> <BR />"Sounds like we know where to start" Jay said. <BR /> <BR />"From what Thomas said, they will try to get Howard again and once done they will sacrifice them as a pair, thus  summoning Khagor". Katie said while leaving the room to grab her own gear. <BR /> <BR />Jay looked at Thomas, "how could you be part of this man?" <BR /> <BR />"I don't know how to explain it, its like i was brain washed". the man put a hand on his head. <BR /> <BR />"From what i gathered, the staff the cult leader uses allows him control of people, but it only allows him the control of a certain number of people, Howard can not remember where the cult's hide out is, probably due to the powers of the staff and Gorgh himself, we are going to need help, Janice, i need you to get hold of GB:UK, they are up north, we have their number on the Franchise list, a few of the Sydney ghostbusters are with them at the moment, maybe we can get their help too". <BR /> <BR />"Got it" Janice said, going to make the phone calls. <BR /> <BR />"Right then, Jay lets go get ready"... <BR /> <BR />*** <BR /> <BR />Janice had made the calls, The other UK ghostbusters where busy taking care of some strange creatures leaking form a portal, The Sydney city ghostbusters had just faced of against them and that was why they where in the UK, luckily enough, the Sydney ghostbusters agreed to help and where already on their way down. <BR /> <BR />"Right, the Sydney City Ghostbusters will be here within 6 hours, we have enough time to do a decent sweep of the abduction site and for me too look into anything form the scene, lets go". <BR /> <BR />The three ghostbusters climbed into the Ecto-OX1 and where away in minutes, it did not take long to get to the desired location. <BR />Again there was a lot of police activity, Olly got straight to work, the same as last time the PKE showed high levels of activity, Olly went to approach the house but this time a police woman stopped him, "Excuse me, you cant go in there, this is a crime scene". <BR /> <BR />Olly raised an eyebrow, "indeed it is, although you and the rest of the force will laugh we are the ghostbusters, our readings show this is a highly ectoplasmic area and the slime that has been at the two crime scenes is indeed ectoplasmic itself, its all to do with a cult and this big demon ghost, if you would please join me over here i can show you and possibly get you to understand it". <BR /> <BR />The woman at first struggled, then she laughed, "ghostbusters, what a load of crap", her fellow officer joined in. <BR /> <BR />Jay was not impressed, he activated his pack, took out his proton gun and aimed toward the ground where the largest laughing group stood and finally fired. They all leaped back, "See that, real equipment, real ghostbusters, if you don't mind we have something very important to take care of, you will thank us soon enough". <BR /> <BR />The Police men and women stopped their laughing, they all moved aside and finally let them go in, they indeed found the slime like last time, the huge claw marks revealed Olly's fears, the claw marks where that of a Terror dog, B'Kor's to be exact. The left hand man, well dog, of Khagor. <BR /> <BR />Olly collected slime and took some samples of the claw marks and they then headed back to HQ, luckily for the team, they could spend allot of time working on this case, they had only just started and no one really knew they where about. <BR /> <BR />*** <BR />(power plant) <BR /> <BR />To the side of the room a girl was tied to some sort of post that had ceremonial carvings on it. <BR /> <BR />*** <BR /> <BR />For Olly the hours had gone fast, he had spent all his time working on the samples he had and looking  into books, especially Spengler's Spirit guide and Tobin's spirit guide, the two biggest ghost identification books going. <BR /> <BR />Olly had been in what was called his laboratory since they got back, He had taken the offices and turned them into a lab, Janice had been given a small office area made in the Garage, it seemed reasonable as the Garage also housed the main entrance. <BR /> <BR />Olly was disturbed when a knocking came from the already open door, Jays voice soon joined, "I think the Aussie guys are here, well a rented mini has turned up any way". <BR />Charlie and Graham rolled into the driveway. <BR /> <BR /> <BR /><BR /><BR /><BR /> <BR />Charlie noticed a girl walk from behind Oliver and Jay. <BR />  "Bugs and portals? I don't think I want to know" Katie said, she was wearing her Jumpsuit but still looked pretty good. <BR />  <BR /> "Ahem, I'm sorry to cut this short, but would you like to see what we have on this case so far, all our evidence says that its not good at all". He gestured toward the entrance with his hand. <BR /> <BR />"Please call me Olly", Oliver pointed them towards the lab. <BR /> <BR />*** <BR /> <BR />It was only a few hours later, but getting dark, Olly was sat with Graham Short (leader of Sydney GB) talking in more detail about what had been going on and researching further, when the phone rang, as she was paid to do it, Janice answered it. <BR /> <BR />She hit the alarm and every one ran out, "We got a call, sounds bad, some one saying something about 3 huge gray dogs, red eyes, horns, nasty teeth... sounds familiar, they are at the Orchard shopping center. <BR />( The Orchard shopping center had newly been opened, it was nice, everything was new and colorful, lots of pretty plants and other things to make it better, little did the busters know it was now being torn apart by the terror dogs). <BR /> <BR />"Three terror dogs can't be good" Olly said grabbing his proton pack and other equipment, "Janice get hold of GBI let them know the situation and tell them we have gone to get them". <BR /> <BR />Janice nodded and instantly began to make the call. <BR /> <BR /> <BR />Once the Sydney ghostbusters had entered their vehicle the Oxfordshire busters did the same, both vehicles had sirens blazing and headed for the shopping center. <BR /> <BR />*** <BR /> <BR />Crowds of people where still running out of the shopping center that was now being fenced of by police officers. <BR />As the two Ecto vehicles approached the crowd looked at them both in amazement but also confusion, not many people had seen ghostbusters in this area. Jay wound the window down from the Ecto-OX1 and called over to the policemen, "Let us through! we're the ghostbusters!". <BR /> <BR />"What are you talkin' 'bout kid!" one of the cops said, the others (although the situation was serious) laughed. <BR />A fairly built man walked over and the group of officers stopped laughing. <BR /> <BR />"Let them through" he said. <BR /> <BR />"Sir?" the man at the front of the police crowd said. <BR /> <BR />"You heard me, i know those two in that mini any where, y'know i went to Australia the other month, something happened in town, something kinda like this, these guys showed up and saved are asses, dunno what they are doing here though". He rubbed his mustache. <BR /> <BR />"They here to help us!" Jay called, "We're your local ghostbusters, we're pretty new so you probably ain't heard of us yet!". <BR /> <BR />"I don't care how new you are, just stop those...things!", the chief moved his men and the two Ecto's where granted passage. <BR /> <BR />"Wahoo!" Katie shouted. <BR /> <BR />Olly spoke into the radio, "Graham you ready?" <BR /> <BR /> <BR /> <BR />"Well have to go all out on this one", Olly carried on "I hope you have some experience with B.F.G's". <BR /> <BR />"B.F.G's?" Jay said, sat next to Olly. <BR /> <BR />Graham and Charlie looked towards each other, Charlie shrugs, and Graham follows. <BR /> <BR />"Big F**King ghosts". Olly responded. <BR /> <BR />Jay laughed, Katie was not so impressed, she took a deep breath but Olly heard her Proton Gun charge up. <BR /> <BR />Jay spoke, loud enough for it to be heard over the radio, "I'm stopping here, get ready to suit up". <BR /> <BR />The two cars stopped, every one jumped out and kitted up. <BR /> <BR />"Nice knowing you" Jay said. <BR /> <BR />"Your so fun filled" Katie said, grinning strangely, she was excited about such a big bust, but at the same time bricking it as they where about to take on three Terror Dogs. <BR /> <BR />Graham and Charlie began to suit up, They popped the hatch on the cooper and grabbed hold if their proton packs. <BR /> <BR />"Umm guys!" Olly said, as they turned they heard Olly's proton pack charge up, when the had turned fully they could see one of the Terror dogs sat in front of them, the crowd behind took a large joint breath. <BR /> <BR />The Terror dog roared and Olly didn't hesitate to open fire, Jay instantly joined in, then Katie, Graham and Charlie to. <BR />The five proton beams hit the terror dog full on knocking it back, as it howled in pain the other two terror dogs from further away raised there heads and began to make their way back up to the crowd. <BR /> <BR />"THIS IS NOT GOOD!" Katie said, The PKE power was so intense that all of their PKE meters came one and instantly burned out. <BR /> <BR />"Not good, not good" Jay cowered, still holding the beam to the dog, it tried to move closer and tear away at the five representatives of ghostbusters International, but the five beams on full power where holding it... barely. <BR /> <BR />Suddenly Olly thought of something, "Wait, what if this is a person like in the park!". <BR /> <BR /><BR /> <BR />"Good plan, it'll just have to be like last time keep firing until it is purely the Terror dog, this time we'll try out the traps". <BR /> <BR />"Will a trap be enough?" Katie said over the noise in the background. <BR /> <BR />"We'll put it straight in the Portable E.C.U!" Olly shouted. <BR /> <BR /> <BR /> <BR />Finally a person in a brown robe was thrown from the beast, he lay on the floor while the busters continued firing, "We'll have to be quick!". <BR /> Olly grabbed a trap from his belt and threw it to the ground, rolled it out toward the beast. <BR />With out no human host the Terror dog was weaker, and easier to bring toward the trap, they where able to lift it into the air, Olly stood on the trap pedal, from the corner of their eyes they could see the other two creatures heading towards them. <BR /> <BR />Olly quickly shouted, "CLOSING!", being far away the policemen and other crowd members (now mostly run in fear) would not be affected by the trap, one or two may collapse but Olly was willing to take the risk, As he took his foot off of the pedal a bright light shone form it, capturing the weakened Terror Dog, Just as they turned around they could see the Terror dogs where now very close, Katie reacted quickly grabbing the pedal to pull the trap closer as one of the dogs went  for it, the other dog intercepted her half way through her move and jumped on her. <BR /> <BR />The four male ghostbusters quickly shot at the Terror dog on Katie it was shot away and Katie slowly moved away, holding the trap. <BR /> <BR />Olly and Graham where still shooting at the Terror Dog that had jumped on Katie, Jay and Charlie where firing on the second dog. <BR /> <BR /><BR /> <BR /> <BR />The Terror dogs where way to powerful, One of the dogs roared, sending a red wave that threw Olly and Graham to the ground, it then barked at the other dog and they both retreated, apparently the ghostbusters on full power must have taken allot of energy. The problem was the two remaining terror dogs where still possessing human hosts. <BR /> <BR /> <BR /> <BR />As the silence that would normally be around returned so did the crowd, the four of them quickly ran to the back of the Ecto-OX1, in the re-fitted ambulance Katie had placed the trap inside the Portable Ecto containment unit, Olly had installed it for situations like this one and for when they had numerous busts at one time. <BR />Katie seemed to be okay, she had drool and slime on her though. <BR /> <BR />Graham and Charlie packed their gear back into the mini cooper. Charlie started the engine and kicked it into gear. The two vehicles took off into the evening. <BR /> <BR />...................... <BR />(end - to be continued) <BR />

Cults huh?....tell me everything" Katie grinned, taking up Olly's seat. *** Olly had used up his hour and a half of sleep, strangely that would be enough sleep for Olly, he found he never usually needed much sleep. Katie had still been interigating, (getting to know), the man form the cult when Janice arrived. "What happend last night?" she said, noticing two new men sat arround the building. "Well" Katie said, "This is Thomas Richards and the other guy, thats Howard, never got his last name". "Smith" Howard answered. "Howards here because he was hunted by a big terror dog, Thomas on the other hand was the big terror dog, well it used his body to come into this world. Put it this way Janice, these dog things aint good, now they are here, we are gunna be very very busy". "So should i make a few calls to GBI HQ?". She didnt really get it but Janice tried any way. "No need, Olly was up all night working on some stuff he got hold of Dr. Spengler and other GBI staff and did what he could in the night". "Ouch where is he now?" "Hes in b-" Katie was interupted. "Im right here" Olly came from the stair way, "we need to get straight to work, a Terror dog is not a good thing as we have established and from what i have found out, its going to be alot like the original GB's fight with Gozer, except.... alot more Terror dogs". "m-more?" Katie had read about Terror dogs from previous GBI case files, she was not happy about this. "As many as there are in this little cult of Tom's here", Olly walked past them all and straight away began to suit up. "Where is Jay" he said, poking his head arround the corner. "Im in here!" Shouted Jays voice from the lounge, "Olly i think you should look at this". When Olly entered the room he saw Jay stood infront of the television screen, on the screen was the image of some ones bedroom, apparently a females as there was alot of pink, posters of boy bands, that sort of stuff, she could not be older than 18. Police can not identify what has taken the girl, Sally Hopkins dissapeared late last night, the only trace are what appear to be claw marks and a huge ammount of some sort of...slime, this is Jackie Holmes, on the Broadway, Didcot. "Sounds like we know where to start" Jay said. "From what Thomas said, they will try to get Howard again and once done they will sacrifice them as a pair, thus  summoning Khagor". Katie said while leaving the room to grab her own gear. Jay looked at Thomas, "how could you be part of this man?" "I don't know how to explain it, its like i was brain washed". the man put a hand on his head. "From what i gathered, the staff the cult leader uses allows him control of people, but it only allows him the control of a certain number of people, Howard can not remember where the cult's hide out is, probably due to the powers of the staff and Gorgh himself, we are going to need help, Janice, i need you to get hold of GB:UK, they are up north, we have their number on the Franchise list, a few of the Sydney ghostbusters are with them at the moment, maybe we can get their help too". "Got it" Janice said, going to make the phone calls. "Right then, Jay lets go get ready"... *** Janice had made the calls, The other UK ghostbusters where busy taking care of some strange creatures leaking form a portal, The Sydney city ghostbusters had just faced of against them and that was why they where in the UK, luckily enough, the Sydney ghostbusters agreed to help and where already on their way down. "Right, the Sydney City Ghostbusters will be here within 6 hours, we have enough time to do a decent sweep of the abduction site and for me too look into anything form the scene, lets go". The three ghostbusters climbed into the Ecto-OX1 and where away in minutes, it did not take long to get to the desired location. Again there was a lot of police activity, Olly got straight to work, the same as last time the PKE showed high levels of activity, Olly went to approach the house but this time a police woman stopped him, "Excuse me, you cant go in there, this is a crime scene". Olly raised an eyebrow, "indeed it is, although you and the rest of the force will laugh we are the ghostbusters, our readings show this is a highly ectoplasmic area and the slime that has been at the two crime scenes is indeed ectoplasmic itself, its all to do with a cult and this big demon ghost, if you would please join me over here i can show you and possibly get you to understand it". The woman at first struggled, then she laughed, "ghostbusters, what a load of crap", her fellow officer joined in. Jay was not impressed, he activated his pack, took out his proton gun and aimed toward the ground where the largest laughing group stood and finally fired. They all leaped back, "See that, real equipment, real ghostbusters, if you don't mind we have something very important to take care of, you will thank us soon enough". The Police men and women stopped their laughing, they all moved aside and finally let them go in, they indeed found the slime like last time, the huge claw marks revealed Olly's fears, the claw marks where that of a Terror dog, B'Kor's to be exact. The left hand man, well dog, of Khagor. Olly collected slime and took some samples of the claw marks and they then headed back to HQ, luckily for the team, they could spend allot of time working on this case, they had only just started and no one really knew they where about. *** (power plant) To the side of the room a girl was tied to some sort of post that had ceremonial carvings on it. *** For Olly the hours had gone fast, he had spent all his time working on the samples he had and looking  into books, especially Spengler's Spirit guide and Tobin's spirit guide, the two biggest ghost identification books going. Olly had been in what was called his laboratory since they got back, He had taken the offices and turned them into a lab, Janice had been given a small office area made in the Garage, it seemed reasonable as the Garage also housed the main entrance. Olly was disturbed when a knocking came from the already open door, Jays voice soon joined, "I think the Aussie guys are here, well a rented mini has turned up any way". Charlie and Graham rolled into the driveway.   "Bugs and portals? I don't think I want to know" Katie said, she was wearing her Jumpsuit but still looked pretty good.   "Ahem, I'm sorry to cut this short, but would you like to see what we have on this case so far, all our evidence says that its not good at all". He gestured toward the entrance with his hand. *** It was only a few hours later, but getting dark, Olly was sat with Graham Short (leader of Sydney GB) talking in more detail about what had been going on and researching further, when the phone rang, as she was paid to do it, Janice answered it. She hit the alarm and every one ran out, "We got a call, sounds bad, some one saying something about 3 huge gray dogs, red eyes, horns, nasty teeth... sounds familiar, they are at the Orchard shopping center. ( The Orchard shopping center had newly been opened, it was nice, everything was new and colorful, lots of pretty plants and other things to make it better, little did the busters know it was now being torn apart by the terror dogs). "Three terror dogs can't be good" Olly said grabbing his proton pack and other equipment, "Janice get hold of GBI let them know the situation and tell them we have gone to get them". Janice nodded and instantly began to make the call. Once the Sydney ghostbusters had entered their vehicle the Oxfordshire busters did the same, both vehicles had sirens blazing and headed for the shopping center. *** Crowds of people where still running out of the shopping center that was now being fenced of by police officers. As the two Ecto vehicles approached the crowd looked at them both in amazement but also confusion, not many people had seen ghostbusters in this area. Jay wound the window down from the Ecto-OX1 and called over to the policemen, "Let us through! we're the ghostbusters!". "What are you talkin' 'bout kid!" one of the cops said, the others (although the situation was serious) laughed. A fairly built man walked over and the group of officers stopped laughing. "Let them through" he said. "Sir?" the man at the front of the police crowd said. "You heard me, i know those two in that mini any where, y'know i went to Australia the other month, something happened in town, something kinda like this, these guys showed up and saved are asses, dunno what they are doing here though". He rubbed his mustache. "They here to help us!" Jay called, "We're your local ghostbusters, we're pretty new so you probably ain't heard of us yet!". "I don't care how new you are, just stop those...things!", the chief moved his men and the two Ecto's where granted passage. "Wahoo!" Katie shouted. Olly spoke into the radio, "Graham you ready?" "Well have to go all out on this one", Olly carried on "I hope you have some experience with B.F.G's". "B.F.G's?" Jay said, sat next to Olly. Graham and Charlie looked towards each other, Charlie shrugs, and Graham follows. "Big F**King ghosts". Olly responded. Jay laughed, Katie was not so impressed, she took a deep breath but Olly heard her Proton Gun charge up. Jay spoke, loud enough for it to be heard over the radio, "I'm stopping here, get ready to suit up". The two cars stopped, every one jumped out and kitted up. "Nice knowing you" Jay said. "Your so fun filled" Katie said, grinning strangely, she was excited about such a big bust, but at the same time bricking it as they where about to take on three Terror Dogs. Graham and Charlie began to suit up, They popped the hatch on the cooper and grabbed hold if their proton packs. "Umm guys!" Olly said, as they turned they heard Olly's proton pack charge up, when the had turned fully they could see one of the Terror dogs sat in front of them, the crowd behind took a large joint breath. The Terror dog roared and Olly didn't hesitate to open fire, Jay instantly joined in, then Katie, Graham and Charlie to. The five proton beams hit the terror dog full on knocking it back, as it howled in pain the other two terror dogs from further away raised there heads and began to make their way back up to the crowd. "THIS IS NOT GOOD!" Katie said, The PKE power was so intense that all of their PKE meters came one and instantly burned out. "Not good, not good" Jay cowered, still holding the beam to the dog, it tried to move closer and tear away at the five representatives of ghostbusters International, but the five beams on full power where holding it... barely. Suddenly Olly thought of something, "Wait, what if this is a person like in the park!". "Good plan, it'll just have to be like last time keep firing until it is purely the Terror dog, this time we'll try out the traps". "Will a trap be enough?" Katie said over the noise in the background. "We'll put it straight in the Portable E.C.U!" Olly shouted. Finally a person in a brown robe was thrown from the beast, he lay on the floor while the busters continued firing, "We'll have to be quick!". Olly grabbed a trap from his belt and threw it to the ground, rolled it out toward the beast. With out no human host the Terror dog was weaker, and easier to bring toward the trap, they where able to lift it into the air, Olly stood on the trap pedal, from the corner of their eyes they could see the other two creatures heading towards them. Olly quickly shouted, "CLOSING!", being far away the policemen and other crowd members (now mostly run in fear) would not be affected by the trap, one or two may collapse but Olly was willing to take the risk, As he took his foot off of the pedal a bright light shone form it, capturing the weakened Terror Dog, Just as they turned around they could see the Terror dogs where now very close, Katie reacted quickly grabbing the pedal to pull the trap closer as one of the dogs went  for it, the other dog intercepted her half way through her move and jumped on her. The four male ghostbusters quickly shot at the Terror dog on Katie it was shot away and Katie slowly moved away, holding the trap. Olly and Graham where still shooting at the Terror Dog that had jumped on Katie, Jay and Charlie where firing on the second dog. The Terror dogs where way to powerful, One of the dogs roared, sending a red wave that threw Olly and Graham to the ground, it then barked at the other dog and they both retreated, apparently the ghostbusters on full power must have taken allot of energy. The problem was the two remaining terror dogs where still possessing human hosts. As the silence that would normally be around returned so did the crowd, the four of them quickly ran to the back of the Ecto-OX1, in the re-fitted ambulance Katie had placed the trap inside the Portable Ecto containment unit, Olly had installed it for situations like this one and for when they had numerous busts at one time. Katie seemed to be okay, she had drool and slime on her though. Graham and Charlie packed their gear back into the mini cooper. Charlie started the engine and kicked it into gear. The two vehicles took off into the evening. ...................... (end - to be continued)
